With the arm, you get a pack of about 150 latex bands. You usually will not work with more than 50 bands - depending on camera weight, but this is regularly the amount, so the 150 first pack will be enough for 3 rounds.
- We suggest replacing the bands every 18 months, but it depends on ones use, and you will feel it when you will need to replace them.
- Bands can stay on the arm while in storage, no need to take the bands off the arm in any case
